INFORMATION AS PER ARTICLE 13 OF EUROPEAN REGULATION N. 2016/679 (GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION – GDPR)
MARMOMACCHINE SERVIZI Srl, with premises in Corso Sempione, 30, Milan (MI), VAT registration 12574150152 as handler of data treatment informs you, as per article 13 of EU regulation 2016/679, the “GDPR”, that your data will be handled in the ways and for the purposes as follows:
1.Handling modes
The data you communicate will be treated by the handler in print, by computer or telecommunicated.
2. Treatment purposes
Your personal data will be treated in conformity with what is prescribed by article 6, clause 1, section b) of the GDPR for the following purposes:
Provision of the services requested (sales of tradeshow space and/or ads in the technical magazine Marmomacchine International)
Administrative purposes (for orders, estimates, invoicing, etc.).
Your data will be treated by means of the operations indicated in article 4, clause 1, n. 2) of the GDPR and specifically: collection, registration, organization, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, utilization, interconnection, blockage, communication and destruction of data. Your personal data are treated in print, electronically and automatically.
3. Conservation
The personal data conferred for the aforesaid purposes will be conserved for the duration of the contract and until termination of collaboration.
4. Access to personal data
Your data may be accessed for the aforesaid purposes by:
employees and collaborators of the handler, as designated persons
external persons for accounting, tax and payment purposes
suppliers, technicians involved with hardware and software that outsource on behalf of the handler
consultancy firms utilized by the handler.
5. Data communication
The personal data thus collected will not be communicated to third parties except for those working in data treatment (i.e. graphic designers working on the magazine, tradeshows, etc.)
6. Data transmission
Personal data management and conservation will make use of servers located within the European Union. The data will not be transmitted outside the European Union. It is in any case understood that, where necessary, the handler will have the right to move the location of the servers in Italy and/or the European Union and/or countries outside the EU. In this case, the handler henceforth ensures that data transmission outside the European Union will be in conformity with the applicable laws, if necessary stipulating agreements that guarantee a suitable level of protection and/or adopting the standard clauses foreseen by the European Commission.
7. Type of data conferral and consequences of refusal
Conferring data for the purposes set down in point 1 is obligatory. If refused, we cannot ensure the correct management of contractual relations.
8. Rights of the person concerned
As the person concerned, you have rights as per article 15 of the GDPR and specifically the right to:
obtain confirmation of the existence, or lack thereof, of the personal data that concerns you;
obtain knowledge: a) of the origin of this personal data; b) the purposes and modes of its treatment; c) the means involved in the case of treatment using electronic instruments; d) the identification of the handler, managers and designated representative as per article 3, clause 1 of the GDPR; e) the persons or category of persons to whom personal data may be communicated or that may gain knowledge of it as designated representative of the state, of managers of employees;
obtain: a) data updates, rectifications or, when you are interested, data supplements; b) cancellation, transformation into anonymity or block of the data treated in violation of laws, including the data whose conservation is not required in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently treated; c) an attestation that the operations in letters a) and b) were brought to the knowledge, even in regard to content, of persons to whom the data was communicated or spread, except when fulfillment of this involves the use of means clearly disproportionate to the protected right;
oppose, wholly or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, treatment of your personal data, even though pertinent to the purposes of collection; b) treatment of your personal data for the purposes of sending publicity material or direct sales or to perform market research or business communication. Where applicable, you also have the rights set down in articles 16 to 21 of the GDPR (to rectify, to consign to oblivion, to limit treatment, to transfer contractual and raw navigation data, to oppose treatment) as well as the right to complain to the oversight authorities.
9. How to exercise your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights by sending an email, fax or registered letter with delivery receipt to the handler’s address.
10. Handler, manager and persons charged
The data handler is MARMOMACCHINE SERVIZI Srl, Corso Sempione 30, Milan (MI), VAT registration and Tax Code 12574150152. A current list of data treatment managers (where designated) and persons charged with data treatment is kept on the handler’s premises.
